Synopsis

50firstdate Henry is a fresh Linder woman who works as a veterinarian in Hawaii. In his spare time he refurbished a sailboat on which he ever wants to go on an expedition to Alaska. One day, he met in a tavern Lucy and click between the two. The day after Henry seems they are no longer recognizable and boarded him.

Henry gets to hear that Lucy on October 13th a year ago had a car accident when her father was evasive for a cow. She survived but suffered from brain damage and its short-term no longer converted to its long-term memory. This means that at night all forget what happened during that time she wakes up thinking that it is Sunday, October 13. Lucy’s father and brother will make sure that it looks as if it is through each other that evening’s newspaper 13th October ready to go. Each day also plays Lucy again the desire of her father’s birthday: the garage painting, and so every night he painted the garage back to original color.

Henry leaves his boat but discovered that his life is not complete without Lucy can be. He looks Lucy, who now lives in an institution for her father not to bother to be on. She shows him pictures of him who made them because they dream of him every night. He talks about their relationship that it has completely erased her diaries in which he appears to burn.

Then restart their relationship. In the final scene, we are several years later. Henry and Lucy are in the boat anchored off the coast of Alaska. Lucy wakes up and sees a video with the words good morning Lucy (Lucy good morning). After to have seen above it where she’s greeted Henry proposes to her and their daughter.
