Synopsis

Michael Gough is the fourth and last time the butler Alfred Pennyworth Pat Hingle and even the eccentric Police Commissioner James Gordon.

The film is the fourth chapter in the saga devoted to bat after Batman (1989 film), Batman – The return (of Tim Burton) Batman Forever and always directed by Joel Schumacher. The new chapter of Batman received deep criticism forever closing the saga of Batman. However in 2005, the saga has been repeated in two films of Christopher Nolan who, while always being produced by Warner Bros., reflect the history and different from the key stage: Batman Begins and The Dark Knight).
