Synopsis

catseyeCat’s Eye (also known as Stephen King’s Cat’s Eye) is a horror film from 1985 directed by Lewis Teague and written by Stephen King. The film is based on three short stories called The Ledge King, Quitters, Inc.., And The General (the latter two also appeared in King’s book Night Shift).

The film was Barry’s second film gebaseeerd More on a story by King. She also appeared in Firestarter in 1984.

The film contains some references to other works by Stephen King as The Dead Zone, Cujo, Christine, and Pet Sematary.

The film consists of three separate stories, which are not closely related.

Central to the film is a cat. He is looking for a girl to protect her against a supernatural evil. In the first two stories, he has only the role of spectator. In the third story he plays an important role.
