Synopsis

in_the_land_of_women In the Land of Women is a 2007 film written and directed by Jon Kasdan.

The winds Carter Webb is a writer, who after being left by his girlfriend Sofia, depressed, partly for Michigan to take care of his grandmother. Once arrived is aware of the neighbors, including the housewife Sarah and her teenage daughter Lucy. Sarah introduces a fact of walking and talking shop where you trust each other. A Sarah is diagnosed with breast cancer, after the disease is able to release the report, some time in crisis, with his daughter.

The relationships established with Sarah Carter, Lucy and her grandmother, will make him see life in a different way, giving him the impetus for a better future.
