Synopsis: Utah 1912: Indiana Jones then scout is the Cross of Coronado and who loses to a private collector. After 26 years on the coast of Portugal Indiana Jones recovers from Coronado Cruz and then receives a mysterious envelope containing a diary with all the information about the whereabouts of the Holy Grail written by the father of Indiana Jones, Professor Henry Jones, who was captured by Nazi, who under the command of Walter Donovan spy, had convened the expert Professor Henry Jones in the legend of the Holy Grail which according to the Bible would have been the cup in which Jesus Christ would have used in the Last Supper and received their blood after the crucifixion and that granting immortality to those who drink the water that were given in the Grail.

Following Indiana Jones and his father Professor Henry Jones, his friend Marcus Brody and Sallah (who reappears after Raiders of Lost Ark / The Hunters of the Lost Ark) are a first time the girlfriend of Indiana Jones the Austrian Dr. Elsa Schneider in fact a Nazi spy who is involved with both Indiana Jones and his father Professor Henry Jones, and when it is mortally wounded by Donovan in the Temple of the Grail, Indiana Jones has to decipher the riddles of the Chronicles of St. Anselmo in which show how to pass the challenges of finding the Holy Grail.
