Synopsis

mystic_riverMystic River is about Jimmy, Sean and Dave, three childhood friends who always umgicks. The boys play LAWN HOCKEY on the street as usual, and when the ball rolls down the drain will Jimmy, trio småkaxige “leaders”, that they should enter their names in a piece of concrete in the street which has not yet dried. When Dave to fill in his name driving a black car up alongside and a fearsome they are stepping out. He shows up a police badge and cuffs visible, and the boys to apologize to the now destroyed the street.

Since Dave lives on a street away, police forced him to get in the car and comply with the order for his mother to know what he asked of. When the eleven-year-old boy in the car are taken away, he looks afraid the back window of his two friends who also staring back. This is the last time they see the Dave they know, for when he comes back, it is after days of captivity and after being sexually exploited. Many years later, living 35-year-old Jimmy, Dave and Sean seemingly normal lives separated from each other. Sean works at the police, Jimmy runs a food shop and Dave are alternately unemployed. Everything seems fine, until the day Jimmy ’s daughter is brutally murdered. Sean is leading the investigation, and soon, it appears that Dave seems implicated in the assassination.
