Synopsis

Josie Geller (Drew Barrymore) is a clumsy and insecure editor of the Chicago Sun Times, “which aspires to become a journalist, despite his boss Gus (John C. Reilly) are not yet considered the height. One day, during an editorial meeting, she was asked to infiltrate a high school as a student anywhere, in order to document the life and ways of the younger generation. Josie kicks in but the humiliation suffered in adolescence, particularly the nickname Josie Buzzicozza, invented by his brother Rob (David Arquette).

The girl had no friends, was the subject of constant jokes and the age of twenty-five years have not kissed a boy. Josie, initially unable to adapt to life in high school, he manages to get a friend to Aldys (Leelee Sobieski), to get noticed for his intelligence by a professor of literature (Michael Vartan) and slow to become popular, to be invited to the dance student , arranged by herself, the boy more attractive and popular school (Jeremy Jordan).
