Draw the Line is the 5th album of Aerosmith, released in 1977 in Columbia. Draw the Line is one of the first albums Aerosmith birth in pain.

The group was exhausted by the excesses of all kinds and the rate imposed by their reckless management. They alternate, in fact, the recording sessions with the participating heads of the largest displays American festivals (see video Texxas Live Jam 78, to over 150 000 people). In order to complete the recording of this album, the faithful Jack Douglas, still sticks to choose to isolate them in a disused convent of Armonk, NY, specially converted into a recording studio for the purpose of the group. A host of new songs, some of which appear on the excellent Pandora’s Box 91, will emerge, composed by the remaining 3 musicians (Brad, Tom & Joey), the 2 frontmen are often absent subscribers.

One day Steven prefers, in fact, to get the train revolver in one isolated towers of the convent, the day after it was Joe Perry who misses meetings, claiming the loss of a single cassette containing 6 new registrations. The climax is reached during the meetings of Night in the Ruts, and the case of the ‘glass of milk. Ms. Hamilton accidentally reversing his glass on Mrs Perry provoking a furious battle, Joe slam the door and leave the base Joe Perry Project. Steven Tyler, a few years later, poke fun at this case by saying that the group of all the excesses had separated because … a simple glass of milk.
