The only original composition of the group is The grind, the rest consists of covers of blues. The album has sold only 2.5 million copies, including 600 000 in the United States which has still earned a gold record and the 5th place of the billboard.

The album is a harmonica on which is engraved with the logo of the band with a brand of lipstick.
