… And Justice for All is Metallica’s fourth studio album, issued August 8, 1988. Contains power ballad “One” that came to be Metal ICA’s first music video. The song also contains a well-known guitar riff. The song Harvester of Sorrow count as one of Metallica’s heaviest songs.

The album can be seen as a tribute to former bassist Cliff Burton who tragically died in a bussolycka 1986. The song “To Live is to Die” includes a short poem by Burton.

The album included one of the Metallica’s technically most advanced. The disc received a Grammy nomination in 1988 for Best Hard Rock / Metal Performance vocal or instrument, but lost to Jethro Tull, which led to a Grammy biggest scandals ever and the great dissatisfaction among the Grammy audience.
