Nirvana is the best album of the group Nirvana released in 2002. This album is the third out after the death of leader Kurt Cobain in 1994. Among the posthumous Nirvana albums is the first to include content recorded in the studio, as MTV Unplugged in New York in 1994 and From the Muddy Banks of the Wishkah in 1996 have included recordings in concert.

The new album presents You Know You’re Right recorded during the last recording session in the studio of the group on 30 January 1994. Also appear on the album is a selection of the best known songs of the group, active from 1987 to 1994.
