Please Please Me is the first album by the Beatles, released March 22, 1963 in Great Britain to follow the success of the singles Love Me Do “(No. 17) and Please Please Me (1). Of the fourteen songs on the album, eight were written by the duo of Lennon / McCartney, others are covers.

The album was recorded at EMI Abbey Road studios in London in a single day, February 11, 1963, 585 minutes, almost in live conditions. Authentic witness of what the Beatles were playing on stage at that time, he accompanied his exit the beginnings of Beatlemania and settled for 30 weeks (or more than seven months from May 11, 1963) in the first place of British charts.
