Their Satanic Majesties Request is a Rolling Stones album, released in 1967.

Released in full psychedelic period, it is the only album of this style for the group, which parody Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band Beatles (also with regard to the cover, which will be in 3D for the vinyl). Their Satanic Majesties Request, which was not a success at its output is also one of the least regarded of the group.

The album contains two classic 2000 Light Years from Home and She’s a Rainbow, which was used by Apple and Manpower in advertising. It benefits from the participation of John Lennon and Paul McCartney on vocals on the first title, Nicky Hopkins on piano and orchestrations by John Paul Jones, bassist and organist future Led Zeppelin.

2000 Man has been picked up by Kiss (Dynasty, 1979), and the song In Another Land remains the only song of the group entirely composed and sung by bassist Bill Wyman and Mick Jagger with Keith Richards on vocals, added in the future.
